REFUND/ CANCELLATION POLICY

- You must cancel your session with 24 hours before or atleast 3 hours before the start of the agreed upon session time. Deposits are non refundable. Lateness to your session will not extend the time of the sessions and a session will be cancelled 45 mins after the agreed upon if the client does not show up. The deposit is non-refundable and will substitute for the cancellation fee if you decide to cancel.

FULFILLMENT POLICY

- An order is considered complete when the final agreed upon deliverables has been sent to the client, either via email or airdrop transfer. Our typical turnaround time is 72 hours. If you have a  specific delivery time, you must discuss with the studio engineer and the decision must be be agreed by the client and the engineer before the end of the session to ensure no confusion between both parties.

- SAME DAY SESSION? PLEASE FILL THE INQUIRY BOX TO BOOK YOUR SESSION. SESSIONS BOOKED WITH LESS THAN A 24 HOUR NOTICE WILL BE SUBJECT TO AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $10 TO EACH HOUR BOOKED.
